Ursan is for skill-less Leeroys who don't know how to play a real build.

NF is definitely worth it for the Hero System, very unique feature for an MMO. There is so much since Pre NF that you'll have plenty to do for several months.
Normal Mode did get easier as pointed out above, but that was done when Hardemode was implemented. So play everything in Hard-mode if you want to sweat a bit. No honor farmers in GW currently because of the new /Report feature, so you'll not get the same feeling of being Farmed, the way you do in Alterac Valley, WSG etc. .
Welcome back, and don't let the forums trolls bite you toes on the way out.

Thank you for the nice comments!
And thanks to everyone who replied with something useful to say...
To the few trolls who think they are better than anyone else, I didn't realize getting an opinion was such a bad thing on these forums. I've played a ton of MMO's and no one has ever flamed me for asking questions like this.... I know I'll play whatever class I want, but I wanted some details on the game and how it has progressed so I can make that decision.
To those who replied with a great attitude, I thank you once again. The rest will be going to my ignore list

By the way... I've never even used the hero classes before, I quit before they came out So that sounds like an interesting twist to the game Im looking forward to trying!
I think I'll go by EotS and run through the PVE content just to get my skills. Then I'll go PVP because as someone nicely said above me, its MILES past where WoW is in terms of PVP. I know this because I used to PVP quite a lot in GW back in the day... I figure its changed dramatically since then but I won't dare ask how.... I'll just go play, since the trolls here are just as bad as anywhere.
Thanksfully as someone mentioned I won't have to deal with that in game
One last question. I used to play on a European Server and now Im back in America... is there a way I can change geographics? I'll go look at the online help I just figured I'd ask while I was here
Thanks again for all those who had something useful to contribute. I really appreciated your comments!
Cheers!

Only ignorant noob would be those who think mesmers don't suck. hahaha The majority of the people that play GW agree with ME and that's all that really matters. Only the losers that play mesmers and their friends would think like you cause we all know how badly they suck in pve. They are the last to be chosen of the unchosen professions. I've played the entire 3 chapters without ever using or needing a mesmer and mostly using just heroes and henchies, but, no mesmers required or needed or used.

yes selket i agree with you. i used to speak down on ursan until i got into some good ursan groups. its near god mode when youve got a mob of warriors or paras spamming ursan skills while being fueled by a hb heal party monk
